Looking to play volleyball? Are you a free agent or do you have a small team? Or a full team? Add your name to our waitlist, and we can try to work you into our upcoming A-League invite-only league or one of our B-leagues. New and looking to learn to play? We have an option for you as well!
This league is "free" and lets us gather more information about you. We will email if player/team spots become available. You will see a $0 sign-up fee.
Most of our games are:
Co-ed 6 v 6 volleyball
Minimum players needed not to forfeit: 4
Minimum number of women playing on the court: 1
Max number of men playing on the court: 4
Games will be self-ref'd during the regular season.

Why Stretchmed?
Our corporate team are degreed exercise physiologists with a combined over 40 years of hands-on experience delivering various PNF, static, and dynamic stretching techniques across many demographics and age ranges. We hold our therapists to the highest standard in the industry. In order to be considered for the STRETCHMED® Certified Stretch Therapist (CST™) training program, all candidates must have a related exercise science degree. All must then complete our rigorous 100-hour CST training program. STRETCHMED® Stretch Therapists use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 50-minute 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.
