Kickball Rules

Who is ready to play a kickball game at a semi-professional baseball stadium again?! The Bowie Baysox has graciously allowed us to return to the outfield for two kickball games on Sunday, August 17th!
We have spots for four teams or roughly 72 players! We will fill each team to the maximum roster capacity of 18 players with free agents and small groups! Each team must have at least 15 players or we will combine your squad with others.
You may register as "Indy" and list the teammates you want to play with and we will combine your teams.
Here is how the afternoon will work:
Each registration comes with a lower-level ticket to the Baysox game on Sunday!
We will have time for a full 9-inning kickball game after the game. Or we will use a full hour of play, whichever is greater.
The team spot are $450 and includes 15 spots. Additional player tickets are $30 per player and the same price for independent player or "Indys"
We have spectator tickets available for $18 (email us how many you need.
We'll assign you seats near the group. This will save you $7 per ticket).
Please secure all spectator tickets through us. We have a minimum to hit with the Baysox and this guarantees 1) we can do this again and 2) the per-player price stays affordable!
Everyone will be allowed to sign up, and we will confirm your roster spot via email in case demand surpasses supply.
If you are not selected, we will use the number of prior Peake Social games played in the past, gender minimums, volunteer work with us, kindness to officials, and other factors to help determine the final rosters), have no fear! You will be fully refunded!
Don't worry about needing a full team! Just sign-up as a Indy with your squad and we will assign players accordingly.

Peake Social Flag Football
Join us for co-ed flag football!
Teams are 8 v 8 (6 males and 2 females), with teams allowed to play with a minimum of 6 players.
Registration is first-come, first-serve! Team spots cannot be held without payment.
Team captains will handle all team fees and that covers each team for up to 14 players! There are no ref fees or any other costs. Additional players after 14 are $40 per player.
Two 20-minute halves, running clock except for the final two minutes of each half.
Note that free agents and small groups will be assigned to teams shortly before the season based on responses from teams and their player needs.
Shirts are available Week 1 for teams who have their complete team in seven days before the season starts. Remaining shirts are subject to be delayed and delivered Week 3, so please sign-up and get your team needs in early!
Schedules will be released 48 hours before the season starts.

Invite Only A-Level Co-Ed Volleyball League
After running over a dozen volleyball leagues, we have seen enough players and teams come through that we'd like to offer an invite-only, A league so players can feel free to swing away and be challenged every point.
You may invite others to the league but he or she should be an advanced player. The advanced play is held on API's larger volleyball court with plenty of room for serves.
This is a ladder league style with a max of 16 players total allowed. Each week, teams are mixed up. Three games are played each night and each win counts as one point to those players. At the end of the season, the top two players will draft the final match-up.
This is a six-week spring league running in May and June. We will skip Memorial Day.
Starting 6/8, we will have access to an earlier gym time of 8 pm.

Our year-long plan includes an 8-game guaranteed spring season (7 regular season games and at least one guaranteed playoff game), a 10-week regular season before playoffs starting in June. Then we will have a condensed fall season based on the weather and how many weeks we have before daylight savings.
If we have six teams, games will be Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays for the 7-game season plus playoff games. Note that the league schedule is subject to change based on weather and field availability.
*New this year- we are moving away from individual players' fees and instead will have one team fees. Teams can decide on how best to balance playing time with the cost per player. Smaller teams will pay slightly more per team but will also have more playing teams. Larger teams will have more subs but a smaller fee.
Once the team minimum is met with 13 players (this was the average number of players teams had last year), each player after that only cost 50% compared to last year. This helps offset insurance, shirts, etc but since the umpires, field cost, etc is already covered, we can reduce it.
A team of 13 players last year is paying the same as 13 players this year. A team of 10 players would be paying slightly more, and any team with more than 14 players would be paying less compared to fees last year.
This new format allows captains to have greater control of their rosters and hopefully speeds up registrations and team management. ALL players will still need to be registered.
Each player receives a shirt if they are signed up by Week 2.

Welcome to the spring season of 2026 for Peake Social's basketball league, played indoors at the Edge on Kent Island!
** There is a team minimum of eight players required per team ($575 per team) that must be met or paid before a team can be entered. Every player after eight is charged a reduced fee that covers their jersey, insurance, etc., but will not raise the overall team fee.
This will be a 5 vs 5 league with two 20-minute halves. Ref is provided for each game, and his/her fees are covered by your sign-ups. There are no gender rules, and play will be open (no designated rules for women players).
Our league maxes out at seven teams, with each team guaranteed to play each other once. The regular season will be six weeks with a two-week playoff to crown a champion. Each team is guaranteed seven games.
Scenario if six teams or more:
Playoffs Peake Bracket:
The top four will make the Peake bracket (which wins the charity check). 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 will play the first playoff week, with the winners advancing to the championship.
Playoffs Social Bracket
The remaining teams will have a consolation game. If we have five teams, the 5th seed will play the loser of the highest remaining seed that didn't make the championship.
Note that the away team will manage the clock and scoreboard in the first half of the game. The home team will manage the clock and scoreboard in the second half of the game.

5 vs 5 Soccer on Indoor Turf
Join us for our 5 vs 5 fall soccer session. Each team is guaranteed 8 weeks of play! Each team will play five or six weeks of regular-season games, followed by two or three weeks of playoffs. Please note that there is a team minimum of 8 players. After the 8th player, each player is a reduced cost. Captains can determine if they want to use TeamPayer to split the team cost or they can pay the whole balance and players reimburse them.

This is a Monday evening 5-week series of golf simulation play using the Severna Park Golf Center's driving range and Toptracer's cutting-edge technology. Play courses like PGA National or Torrey Pines! Toptracer will record your scores, stats, and improvements to give everyone from amateurs to professionals insights to improve their game. See how it works here.
Practice at 6:45, and league play starts at 7! Severna Park Golf has a bar, and league members will have access to beer specials.
Rules
Teams will be in groups of 3 or 4 and will be paired against another group each night (except for the finale). One large bucket of balls will be provided, and additional balls for practice may be purchased. Teams will record the two lowest scores from each hole, and at least one score from each player must be used twice. You cannot go back and change an earlier hole's recorded score/player so choose wisely when to record certain players' scores. The maximum score for a hole is twice the par. The final week will consist of everyone playing against each other and will also have special prizes for individual challenges (i.e. Longest Drive).

Join us every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at Pherm Brewing for a FREE 5K or a 1.5-mile run/walk. We are kicking this off on April 21st for the first run!
This is a friendly and social run/walk group with all paces welcome. Stick around after for drink specials, a great crew. Rehab2Perform are their excellent team of Physical Therapist will be on site to both run with us all and to answer any questions you might have.

The Annapolis Run Club is back! We’ll see everyone back in West Annapolis at @chessieswharf at 6:30 pm! We’re back to our weekly schedule with a 5K course and a shorter and walkable 2 mile course. All paces welcomed! Free high fives and elbow bumps each and every week !
